Carrot sticks with hummus

2 carrots, chopped into sticks

1 1/2 cups chickpeas, drained and rinsed

2 tbsp.unhulled tahini

1 tbsp. olive oil

4 tbsp. lemon juice

3 tbsp. water

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 tsp. cumin

Directions

Step 1Add the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, water, garlic and cumin in a food processor and process until smooth.

Step 2Divide the mixture into two serves.

Step 3Serve half of the carrot sticks beside one serving of the hummus. Refrigerate the second snack for tomorrow's leftover.
